If you keep your Bowflex in a garage the resistance bands are heavily effected by the weather. In the winter it is about 20-25% harder to bend.
I wish i could get it inside the house.

I spent a majority of my day reinstalling vista and all my programs. Weeeee
I builded a ship.

My wife gave me this build a ship thing before we were married and I never got around to doing it til now. I arrrrrrr slow.
I took the pics with my cell phone cuz I arrrr lazy too.

I feel like crap. Holiday blues? Lack of work and the stress coming from that? I don’t know. And in the end it really doesn’t matter. I’m the only one who can change it. Anyway… I blogged.
